In rare instances, packet does not deliver on the guaranteed date. In cases where it was non-weather related, will refund the shipping charges. If its a weather related delay, will NOT refund the shipping costs and therefore we are not able to provide a refund to our customers. This is most likely to occur in hurricane season and winter months.
